Michael Cahill (drums) – ‘Smooth, talented guy, master in action’ ~ comments responding to his videos on social media. International magazines such as Modern Drummer and DRUM! have remarked favorably in features articles, too, including comparing his playing to that of Dave Matthews band drummer, Carter Beauford. A veteran of the New England music scene with live, recording and video credits in Latin, roots rock, pop and folk, Michael has studied privately with Gary Chaffee (former head of the percussion department at Berklee College of Music) and attended The Drummers Collective in NYC. Michael was a member of Gary Chaffee’s Chomp – a percussion ensemble comprised of six of the hottest drummers from the Boston area and he has toured from Montreal to Miami, has over 15 CD’s recordings to his credit, and has played/programmed in commercials for Mountain Dew, The Gravity Games and NBC Sports.
Chris Sanzo (guitars) - A veteran New England guitarist, Chris was brought up in Chelmsford, MA - a hotbed for players with a classical guitar in one hand and an electric guitar in the other. While studying at Boston University, he met Michael Cahill where the popular Boston Band "The Amazing Mudshark" was formed. After graduating, Chris played with the "Shark" from New York to Maine and was the winner of "Boston's Best Guitarist" Competition in 1989. During the 90's and 00's, Chris embarked on solo projects including "Mingling With Music" Classical/Jazz live performances and his critically successful "Music for TV, Film and Other Fantasies" CD. In 2002, Phil Dirt of KFJC 89.7FM played this CD in his surf rotation saying, "This concept piece features some really nice surf based music, with excellent playing and original writing." Presently, Chris can be seen occasionally in the RI rock band "In A Jam" and as the classical guitarist for the "L'Esperance" Mandolin Orchestra.
